One person never does great things in business; a team does. Steve Jobs once observed, ‘People often need a symbol for things, and I am happy to be the symbol for the Mac. But the reality is the Mac was built by a group of insanely smart people — many of whom could have done great things in music, theatre, and the fine arts. But instead, they decided to create something new called the personal computer.’
Our business model is the Mac team — a small band who keeps each other in check balances each other out, and watches each other’s back. We all know that the sum of our team is far greater than any of the individual parts.
ALPHA GOALS [+]
The goal of Cryptonite’s Alpha is to create a live social-cast platform and online community for innovative entrepreneurs and investors. Within the Cryptonite community, members can comment, rate, and reward presenters and each other with an Ethereum blockchain-based (ERC-20) digital tokens. Members can also ‘vouch’ for each other and, if they are at the end of their wits with another member, may easily ‘sack’ them as well.

In Alpha, Cryptonite’s tokens will only be rewarded, bought, and traded within our community with a basic wallet function. Cryptonite rewards tokens in correlation with a member reputation system that measures positive contributions to the community. In essence, members will be rewarded for validating who they are, sharing information about themselves, igniting discussion and debate, and achieving positive outcomes with fellow members. Alpha also includes a comprehensive member profile with social media links, self, machine-generated meta-tagging, member stats, vouched for network management, and the ability to post up to 90-second’ Be-Reels’ and up to 3-slide’ Postcards.’
Eligma Labs applications and developer support provide member authentication, token management, and data control, transparency, and security. Kaltura provides our video infrastructure. Our payment system platform is GoCrypto which allows our members to pay for membership upgrades and tokens with a variety of cryptocurrencies.

Jonathan Gregis, Co-product manager, front-end development [+
Jon is a proven full-stack software developer who is also an early blockchain industry enthusiast and participant. Jon co-founded Cryptofuse, a wallet that allowed users to diversify into many of the top cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, and XRP, no matter where in the world.

Jeremey has been in full-stack enterprise application development since 2006. He has a particular passion and expertise and interest in publishing and social media architecture development, data consolidation, and process simplification and automation.

Rok Babič leads the team at Eligma Labs responsible for Cryptonte’s DLT/blockchain strategy, development, implementation, and optimization. This development includes our private/consortium data management structure, decentralized member registration, identity and authentication system, decentralized e-commerce platform (ProShop) and blockchain payment gateway, our ERC-20 CPRO token smart contract, analytics, and distribution.
Nicholas Hui, Co-Founder and Producer, Level2 Productions
San Francisco Bay Area-based Level2 Productions provides the production help for all Cryptonite Live broadcasts. In addition to being broadcast on Cryptonite, our shows will also be live-cast across Facebook, Twitch, and YouTube. Nick and his team have been video-heads since an early age, and have close to 10 years working together as a team.

John is an industry insider with experience in the New York City and San Francisco agency worlds, leading traditional PR and social media campaigns for technology, advertising, marketing, media, entertainment, health, financial, and cannabis brands. John plays an instrumental role in helping Cryptonite communicate its vision and gain the early support of the media leaders and key influencers across technology, media, and entertainment.
